Last Saturday I took my sister to Sam's Club for the first time and she was quite amazed about the food demo. We tried almost everything. My daughter enjoyed the food demo as well. Here's some appetizers that I learned last Saturday at Sam's Club. I love it and it's very easy to make. No need to cook. The Atlantic Salmon is already cooked!

Break the flat bread and spread some cream cheese on it then put the shredded salmon on top. That's it and enjoy!

Here's the finished appetizers

Sunday BBQ

The weather here in my place is so great that spending outdoor is a very fun thing to do. It's time for BBQ. That's what we did last Sunday after Church. I just throw some burgers in the BBQ and forget it..hehehe! and remembered it when they are cooked! Well, a little bit of flipping here and there. It was the first BBQ this year and looking forward for more BBQ's.

I just joined a group called Great Cooks. I believe I am...lol. Well I got a lot of compliments from my friends and family. Is that a proof? Anyway I love cooking and baking and of course eating. It's my weakness I'm afraid...hehehe! I'm always looking for interesting and challenging recipes. I know that by joining the Great Cooks Blogroll is the best thing that did because I will be meeting a lot of great cooks and learn from them. If you love cooking or you have food blog please join us at Great Cooks Blogroll.

Common Cucumbers

Those are common cucumbers and there are other kinds of cucumbers that I knew off. One is English cucumbers and they are 2 feet long. Another one is Kirby cucumbers which also known as pickling cucumbers. They are small ranging 3-6 inches long. I love cucumbers and also my daughter. She can eat 1 cucumber you know! haha. As you can see common cucumbers are long, cylindrical , green-skinned member of the gound family. Inside, crisp with white flesh surrounds the seeded core. Cucumbers are usually eaten raw and they are available in the groceries year-round.
Now can you tell me how you prepare your cucumbers?

Post it in your blog and let me know. When other participants posted their entry please give them some love. Happy Cooking everyone!
