I cooked this potato dish one Saturday when my daughter had a birthday party. It's pretty easy to do it. Grab some new potatoes. Wash them thoroughly and boil them. After that throw then in a dish and add some pepper and salt. Sprinkle some fresh rosemary on top and olive oil. Put it in the oven for about 30 minutes in 375. That's all

Rosemary is one of my favorite herbs. Rosemary grows wild on the sea cliffs of the mediterranean, taking in the sun and salty water.. with it's silvery green, spiky leaves leaves. Rosemary has a pungent aroma. You can also grow it in your kitchen window.
