The red delicious apples are sweet and juicy. It's available available year-round. it's one of my favorite. it should be eaten out-of-hand. The texture disintegrates with heat. To keep apples from browning, toss with apple juice or citrus. Red delicious apples are also perfect for apple pie.

These look delicious, just as their name suggests. Agreed on the crisp! Gala and Fuji are good too, but not as red as the Red Delicious!
