This is great for breakfast:
1 banana
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1 scoop protein powder
1 can pineapple chunks with juice
5-6 ice cubes
Place first 5 ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes, one at a time, until you reach desired consistency.
