Crunchy (Lasang Pinoy)

In the photo you can see a lechon. As we all know Lechon is very popular for us Pinoy.The skin is yummy and it's quite crunchy.

yummy! My first thought, when I think crunch was also lechon skin. I haven't had any in so long, I miss it :)

saaaraap! i only eat the skin of the lechon and the ribs part and the other parts...well, i have to forego. mahirap na, masyadong cholesterolific!

i'm not a lechon person but I do make exceptions for extra crunchy skin (with mang tomas on the side) hehe. :)
