Sliced Turkey
Ingredients:
2 lbs Ground Turkey
2 large eggs
3/4 sour cream
Finely chopped celery
Finely chopped onion
Frozen peas, thawed
Salt & pepper
Fine dry bread crumbs
Mix all ingredients in a bowl except the ground turkey. After mixing the 9 ingredients add the the ground turkey. Mix well. Pack into greased loaf pan. Bake in 350F oven for 1 hour or so until it's cook. Slice it and serve. (You can use ground chicken as well)

Asparagus Smoked Chicken Rolls
Originally this is Ham but you can use anything you want like I did! This recipe inspired from Taste of Home. It's one of my favorite cookbook.
Ingredients:
* 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
* 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
* 2 cups milk
* 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
* 24 fresh or frozen asparagus stalksOriginally this is Ham but you can use anything you want like I did! This recipe inspired from Taste of Home. It's one of my favorite cookbook.

* 8 thin slices fully cooked ham (about 1/2 pound)
* 1/4 cup bread crumbs

Directions:
In a saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour and cook until thick. Gradually stir in milk and cook until bubbly and thickened. Stir in cheese, salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Place three asparagus stalks on each ham slice. Roll up; secure with toothpicks if necessary. Place in 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan; cover with cheese sauce. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.

Mashed potatoes is always present when we have company. It's easy to make and it taste really good. Everyone loves mashed potatoes especially western people. Anyway here's the ingredients.
INGREDIENTS:
* 4-8 large baking potatoes, about 2 pounds, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
* 1 cup heated milk
* 2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 4 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
* 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Cook potatoes and mashed them in a bowl. Add milk, sour cream, salt, pepper, and paprika. Transfer mashed potatoes into a baking dish and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Cook for 15 minutes.
